Arizona public records law is in Title 39, Arizona Revised Statutes, A.R.S. §39-102 - A.R.S. §39-161. Some records are confidential under Arizona law and not subject to disclosure.

Any public records request that is submitted to the City is also subject to disclosure under Section A.R.S. §39-121, inspection of public records, states "Public records and other matters in the custody of any officer shall be open to inspection by any person at all times during office hours."
